Warranty Policy

The Plug 4 Barbers offers a 30 Day limited warranty on eligible products purchased from authorized retailers. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 30 Days from the date of purchase. During this period, The Plug 4 Barbers will repair or replace defective products at no cost to the original consumer.

Warranty Eligibility

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It cannot be redeemed by second-hand owners or for items purchased from unauthorized sellers. Proof of purchase is required.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty specifically applies to items with manufacturing defects or damage resulting from such defects. If you believe your product is defective, you must contact the retailer from which you purchased the item. Claims must include photo or video evidence of the issue in question.

Note: The Plug 4 Barbers is not responsible for shipping damage. Any shipping-related claims should be filed with the carrier directly.

Exclusions

The following types of damage are not covered under this warranty:

Normal wear and tear
Shipping damage
Misuse or abuse
Improper installation, storage, or care
Repairs or modifications made by unauthorized third parties

How to File a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, please contact your original retailer of purchase with the following information:

- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence of the defect

The retailer will work with The Plug 4 Barbers to review and process your claim. If approved, your product will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you within the one-year coverage period.

Limitations

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state. The Plug 4 Barbers’s responsibility is limited solely to repair or replacement of defective products under the terms described above. We are not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
