Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Eligible items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, with any factory seals intact. Proof of purchase is required. Opened or used barber tools and personal care products cannot be returned unless determined defective. Sale items are non-refundable. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
